What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For unopened items in faulty or damaged condition, please reach out to hello@riviereskin.com within 30 days of receipt for support. Remember to keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Some exclusions may apply.

Do you offer international shipping?

Are Rivière products paraben free?

Yes, all products are free from parabens, mineral oils, silicones, PEG, chemical UV filters, microplastics, synthetic fragrances, artificial colourants, and other questionable ingredients.

Do any products contain fragrance?

While some products may contain fragrance, we do not use any synthetic fragrances. All our fragrance compositions are 100% vegan, carefully curated using natural aromatic substances, with no phthalates or other synthetic preservatives involved. Are Rivière products safe to use during pregnancy?
